Are you using an Azure Web App?

If so, the instructions you will find for Certbot are not going to be relevant to you. Azure Web Apps is a managed hosting platform, so you need to seek out a solution that is specific to that platform.

There is an unofficial Let’s Encrypt Site Extension that you can use with Azure Web Apps. You can find instructions for using it here: https://github.com/sjkp/letsencrypt-siteextension/wiki/How-to-install
