I ran this command: wacs

It produced this output: Unable to activate listener, this may be because of insufficient rights or a non-Microsoft webserver using port 80
An error occured while commiting validation configuration: Failed to listen on prefix 'http://+:80/.well-known/acme-challenge/' because it conflicts with an existing registration on the machine.

Please note that the existing server also hosts other small websites which I have control to the domains whereas this particular domain is subscribed by other person who simply wants me to host his website.

Got it fixed but upgrading win-acme to 2.1.15.
