i have an automation on azure that renew certificate on waf on azure but the autossl in the server is not working in cpanel becuase of redirect is there any option to fix it in cpanel?

The web server responded with the following error: 404 (The specified blob does not exist.). A DNS (Domain Name System) or web server misconfiguration may exist. The domain “budsfx.com” resolved to an IP address “20.40.109.111” that does not exist on this server.

This is a default check for cPanel, and since the IP address check failed, you'll not be able to obtain a certificate with cPanel autossl. If you might be able to contact cPanel support in this case, and ask how to disable "pre-dcv check".
