Change ip and certificate is disabled

You firewall is forwarding port 443 to this system:service:
SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_7.2p2 Ubuntu-4ubuntu2.1

Using PuTTY (SSH client) on birmedia.ir:443 I get this:

Find where external port 443 is being forwarded to internal port 22 and make them match:
443>443
22>22

NOT
443>22

Is there a firewall between your system and the Internet?

Also, port 80 doesn’t seem to be forwarding correctly either…

When you do find the device that port forwards and you do fix it - I would change the username and password on it.

If you had a working LetsEncrypt setup on your old IP, just move the /etc/letsencrypt related cert files…

Or just generate a new cert on your new IP.

The key here is to end up with all the /etc/letsencrypt related files on your new server (new IP).
