which client do you use? There should be an update option. With Certbot:

certbot update_account

I’ve edited your post and @JuergenAuer’s to obscure your email address and reduce the risk of you receiving spam. We don’t manually handle email address changes. As @JuergenAuer says, you ahve to do that through your Let’s Encrypt client. Do you know how the site was originally set up?
