Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

I found that Video: https://www.youtube.com/embed/GD5wjcW9BhY?autoplay=1&rel=0
I will try it tomorrow. Now the show me after to many attempt I got blocked. I dont know how long…
Grrr… I am insane now… Why… Why… does I must everything that complicated. I understand (now) why People use just Facebook and not make there own page. Get a Certificate is difficult. Run whe Page to.
And the GDPR…
Getting a certificate is very easy, if you have a competent, user-friendly web host. It's reasonably easy, if you're running your own server, either as a VPS or on your own physical hardware (and you're anywhere close to competent to do so). It can be maddeningly difficult, if you have an incompetent and/or user-hostile web host--and it appears that this is the situation you're in.
IMO, if you're using shared hosting, and your control panel doesn't directly give you the ability to obtain a cert from Let's Encrypt, then Let's Encrypt is not a good solution for you.
Choosing a shared hosting with a proper hosting provider which does have and support a Let's Encrypt certificate through its webpanel would suffice of course. No "dedicated server" needed.
This video might not be suited for you. It uses DNS verification and uses its own private key/CSR.
A tip so this forum can help you the best: if you run into trouble, please give us as much details as possible. Just saying you "got blocked" doesn't tell us much, and as such, won't enable you to help you.
I can understand your frustrations when something doesn't work as promised, but also, this isn't helping you in the end: typing your frustrations doesn't give us much to work with. More details would.
First, you use a third party client. This isn't really a good idea.
Second, you have to do things manual: Create the certificate, download it, upload it, install it.
Letsencrypt certificates are only 90 days valide (not one ore two years). So you have to do that again every 60 - 85 days. So this isn't really a solution.
If you have a shared hosting without an integrated Letsencrypt-support, your hoster controls your webserver (and the use of a certificate inside your vHost). So you have to do such things manual via cPanel - this is painful.
