Certificate Revocation Reason

Hello,

My domain is kilgore.duckdns.org, and I’ve just realized that my certificate was revoked on September 8. I personally manage this certificate and I haven’t revoked it. Is there any way to know more about the revocation reason? The OCSP response (below) doesn’t help much.

Best regards,
Gabor
