Certificate Renewal

My domain is: https://www.otolithenrichment.com
I am receiving "you should request a replacement certificate from the issuer (Let’s Encrypt)… when trying to update my certificate.
I would like to know how to request a replacement certificate.
Thank you,

Hi @eco2balancesg, and welcome to the LE community forum

Something happened back in early December and the cert was changed to only contain the "www" name.
If you look at your cert history: crt.sh | otolithenrichment.com
You will see that it had been renewing regularly every two months... Until Nov. 11, 2020.
So at some point, between Nov. 11 and Dec. 7, things changed and now they overlapping.
The single name is valid through Mar. 7.
But the dual name expired Feb. 9.

Unfortunately, the cert being used now is the expired one.

Hi @rg305, Is it possible for you to help me manually change the cert to only contain the "www" name and remove the previous one?
Thank you!

I can try; it depends on how your system is configured, how it uses certs, and the access you have.
Do you use a control panel?
Do you know the certs were renewing?
Do you have root access?

Let's try to find how the certs are expected to renew.
Please show:
which certbot
crontab -l
sudo systemctl list-timers

Sorry @rg305, I'm not sure which certbot I'm using.
I was just shown this message on Hostgator cPanel Manage Installed SSL Websites page.

@eco2balancesg For your info: the pieces of text with the light grey background an slightly different font are meant (in this case anyway) to be run on the command line of the server your website is running on.
