Certificate renew fails

My domain is:hillcar-agil.de

I ran this command:certbot renew --apache --dry-run

It produced this output:
Processing /etc/letsencrypt/renewal/hillcar-agil.de.conf

Simulating renewal of an existing certificate for hillcar-agil.de

Certbot failed to authenticate some domains (authenticator: apache). The Certificate Authority reported these problems:
Domain: hillcar-agil.de
Type: connection
Detail: 128.140.95.185: Fetching http://hillcar-agil.de/.well-known/acme-challenge/uh8FU-ZYtFJnjSRAv2xoZNJmv2hhFiKpslnw26GYNmg: Timeout during connect (likely firewall problem)

Hint: The Certificate Authority failed to verify the temporary Apache configuration changes made by Certbot. Ensure that the listed domains point to this Apache server and that it is accessible from the internet.

Hi @Funnix, and welcome to the LE community forum

Problem:

Steps to take to correct the problem:

Can the Internet reach your site via HTTP?
LD says "NO": Let's Debug (letsdebug.net)
My view also "NO":

curl -Ii hillcar-agil.de
curl: (56) Recv failure: Connection reset by peer
