I have never had issues with my certificate, but it expired today and did not auto-renew like usual. Please help.

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): I don't know
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Kualo cPanel
If you didn't have to renew manually somehow earlier and it suddenly stopped, I think the best way now is to ask your hosting provider, Kualo, for help. They are probably the only one who can actually do something for you.

You might check if you have AutoSSL in your cPanel. An upgrade or such might have reset something.
It has been fixed. Not sure if it was Kualo, someone here or what I did, but it's working again and I can breathe! Thank you for taking the time to reply.
