My ssl will not auto renew

I ran this command: Siteground - Let’s Encrypt - Renew

It produced this output: “There was a problem renewing the certificate. Please contact support for more information.”

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): linux

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Siteground

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Yes, 64.0 (build 22)

Hi @joeyproffitt,

I believe the support mentioned in that message is Siteground support rather than Let’s Encrypt support. There’s not enough information there for us to suggest anything from the Let’s Encrypt side. We would need more technical details that Siteground may have in their own logs.

If Siteground needs our help to figure out what’s going wrong, we’ll be happy to work with them!
