Certificate not recognised

Hi team,

Trust you are well. My domain is: accelerateit.digital

HTTPS was running fine until a couple of weeks ago when I had to make some major updates on the website. After a few days it stopped working completely.

I ran the process to install and generate a certificate again, but with no success.
My instance runs on AWS lightsail.

Could you please help to identify why it is not working and how to fix it?

Welcome Back to the Let's Encrypt Community, Andre :slightly_smiling_face:

I'm seeing that both port 80 (http) and 443 (https) are closed for accelerateit.digital. Firewall? Misconfigured router? Webserver not running?

Global DNS seems to be unble to resolve:

Both of your domains' name servers fail to resolve your domain:

nslookup -q=ns accelerateit.digital demand.alpha.aridns.net.au
Server Address:
accelerateit.digital nameserver = ns1.syrahost.com
accelerateit.digital nameserver = ns2.syrahost.com

nslookup -q=ns accelerateit.digital ns1.syrahost.com
Server Address:
*** UnKnown can't find accelerateit.digital: Query refused

nslookup -q=ns accelerateit.digital ns2.syrahost.com
Server Address:
*** UnKnown can't find accelerateit.digital: Query refused
