Certificate let's encrypt

Do you really need to use the "www" name?

When I try without www I get an error that port 80 or port 443 is not open

If I put the www I get an error that the domain must be checked

Is there another way to do it?
Maybe with cloudflare? Can someone connect me to the computer and help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it

Cloudflare can handle the client side TLS for you.
And it can issue you a cert that can encrypt between them and your server.

I don't know how that can be incorporated into the NAS menu.
Nor if it can be automated.

IMHO, adding Cloudlfare will only make things more complicated, and it won't resolve all your problems.

Can you help me get control of the computer?

If I understand you correctly [you want someone to do the work for you by taking control of your computer/server].

I don't work that way.
This forum doesn't work that way [AFAIK].

You might find someone who might be willing to be paid to do so - but that's not me.

Any name that points to that IP [which is required] will have the same problem.
So adding more names won't fix the problem.
