Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
If you don't know any of those answers, then I suppose you were NOT the one that installed the cert.
If so, then who did? And how?
We have no way of knowing the answers to any of those questions; If we did, then why would we bother to ask them? And without those answers we really can't help you much.
Hey,
Thank you for your reply,
Yes, you are correct, not I whos installed the Cer', the guy who did it work for 3rd party company that I used to take services from them, but he is not working there and they cant help me..
I have the Cer from my domain provider 1 & 1, and the site sit on Hetzner cloud
Can you SSH/PuTTY into the server? - Ive lost you here )
This the only place that I see something that connected to Cer' but when I clicking on add Cer -> upload Cer' , it gives me the right boxes and I cant upload there anything..
I thought you had direct access to the server.
That is more like a control panel.
You should probably ask your Hosting Service Provider (HSP) [Hetzner] about your hosting plan and how you can best manage the TLS certificates.
