i just installed certificate through cer

your non-www redirect to your www - version.

But your site https://www.onepawaway.com/ has a certificate with only one domain name:

onepawaway.com

So the redirect non-www -> www works, but the www - version has the wrong certificate.

Create one certificate with two domain names

onepawaway.com + www.onepawaway.com

and use that.
