Hi @britisharmy

Why is your site offline?

You have created two certificates - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=ibudget.world#ct-logs

Issuer not before not after Domain names LE-Duplicate next LE
Let's Encrypt Authority X3 2020-01-16 2020-04-15 ibudget.world, www.ibudget.world - 2 entries duplicate nr. 2
Let's Encrypt Authority X3 2020-01-16 2020-04-15 ibudget.world, www.ibudget.world - 2 entries duplicate nr. 1

So don't create the next certificate, there is a rate limit.

But your site is invisible - only timeouts:

Domainname Http-Status redirect Sec. G
http://ibudget.world/
35.174.108.16 -14 10.046 T
Timeout - The operation has timed out
http://www.ibudget.world/
35.174.108.16 -14 10.037 T
Timeout - The operation has timed out
https://ibudget.world/
35.174.108.16 -14 10.033 T
Timeout - The operation has timed out
https://www.ibudget.world/
35.174.108.16 -14 10.040 T
Timeout - The operation has timed out

Firewall? Wrong router? Works your site internal?

curl http://ibudget.world
curl https://ibudget.world

Thanks for the length answer and the effort. Turns out the best thing to do when on amazon aws is to get a static ip and attach it to an instance if you want to use lets encrypt.

Amazon changes the ip address when you stop an instance and start it again. I haven’t checked if this happens when you press reboot.

The other thing is amazon tabs dont always show updated info and crucial info might be missing for some reason.

For instance, my networking tab did not have ip addresses and firewall settings. After restarting the instance the ip was changed and i got a lot more info in the tabs.

I managed to install my certificate successfully.
