Certificate Expired

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: dramaticwebsites.com

I ran this command: cpanel > SSL/TLS > Manage SSL Hosts > Update Certificate

It produced this output:You should request a replacement certificate from the issuer (Let's Encrypt) as soon as possible.

A certificate that remains active after its expiration date will generate security warnings in users’ web browsers.

Welcome to the Let's Encrypt Community! :slightly_smiling_face:

dramaticwebsites.com currently has no IP address (A or AAAA) records and its last Let's Encrypt certificate expired in January. I'm not sure which certificate your cPanel (AutoSSL?) is complaining about.

Hi @IndieDiva,

Are you using the DNS-01 challenge?

I'm guessing yes since several previously issued certificates
were certificates containing wildcard domain names.

And using the online tool Let's Debug yields these results
https://letsdebug.net/dramaticwebsites.com/2430909 with "OK".
