We have received an email that our certificate will expire in 11 days, but we have not been able to find out how to renew it. Please, advise.

It depends on how you got your cert. Almost every method can renew certs anytime.

Your domain is setup in Cloudflare CDN. There are various ways to setup SSL / TLS there. Normally their edge certs renew automatically. Perhaps you did something unusual to create your certs or something went wrong at Cloudflare. Going to the Cloudflare support community is your best approach.
