I ran this command: ./certbot certificates

It produced this output:

This does not match! Any clue?

Could you show the domains listed within the email? You have cut that off.

Generally this will happen if the exact set of names on the certificate are not the same between current and previous certificates.

e.g. Old certificate had: example.invalid
New certificate has: example.valid, www.example.valid

You would receive expiry email for the old certificate, even though new certificate contains example.invalid as well.

You can safely ignore the email in that case.

e.g. If this the certificate for www.iasis-insecure.org was the one for which you received the email, then this explanation applies, because it lacked the www-less variant of the domain.
