Certbot update request

Hi,

In according with request Certbot - error with renewal certificates - #10 (cerbot --version: 1.21.0) I wanted to know how to upgrade the application to the latest possible version to avoid the errors described in the previous report.

Should I completely uninstall Let's Encrypt and reinstall it from scratch or is there a way to just update the application?

the instructions shows how to install and remove certbot-auto and any Certbot OS packages.

from my understanding it should keep the configs
