Certbot DNS-01 support

Hello LetsEncrypt users!

I noticed recently Certbot had some pull requests open for DNS support. I tested them and they work :smiley:

Since the changes haven’t currently been merged into Certbot’s master repository I forked Certbot and merged the changes myself, also changing the directories used by the venv development script to work as a non-root user saving the data files in subdirectories of the certbot directory.

I’d like to hear what you think
