Can't get certificate fot ISPmanager panel

Trying to get certificate for domain public.ints.net and IP 212.66.44.14. But in answer i get message, that this domain leads to the other IP (212.66.44.11). It is old IP
My domain is: public.ints.net

I ran this command: ISPmanager, new certificate for main domain and IP 212.66.44.14 (!)

It produced this output: The domain leads to the IP addresses ‘fe80 :: 215: 17ff: feca: 2c81, 212.66.44.11’, there is no IP address data among the panel addresses

My web server is (include version): Apache MPM-Prefork 2.4.6-80.el7.centos

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): CentOS 7

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): yes, ISPmanager 5 (https://public.ints.net:1500/ispmgr)

From Berlin, I see the new ipv4-address and no ipv6-address.

But there are two redirects: public.ints.net -> di.ua -> www.ints.net

Perhaps you can use direct

public.ints.net -> www.ints.net
