Cannot renew cert in Plesk for ANY client

got this: Error: Could not issue a Let’s Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for attorneymaryland.com. Authorization for the domain failed.

Additional error details:
Invalid response from https://acme-v01.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/authz/t55qoyhTs6gA7109zaMORTPbIqLceD0cgf1cpFU9lMw.
Details:
Type: urn:acme:error:connection
Status: 400
Detail: Fetching http://attorneymaryland.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/zTa4udNpRYfb9tI_NvPoYnzPw2J74Rok7evoBvPJQ-o: Timeout

How can I fix this?

A) usually this is something to take up with Plesk. Search this forum as they have had bugs before (i think it was this one whereby the root folders weren’t been created properly)
B) It’s nice when you follow the question format as it makes it quicker for the regulars to get the information :smiley:
