I can login to a root shell on my machine.
I'm using plesk 18.0.49 to manage my site
I'have done with webmail but seem not works with mail server and certificate ( ssl or startsl )
How i can fix it?
Hello @Wing, welcome to the Let's Encrypt community. 
I suggest first starting with Let's Debug when diagnosing why one is having troubles getting a certificate issued form Let's Encrypt.
Here is a list of issued certificates crt.sh | hrxtech.eu, the latest being 2023-01-04.
That sounds like a mail server configuration.
Check the documentation on that software.
