Cannot get certbot to work with apache

Tried everything i saw in the forums but still had no lick

$ uname -a
Linux soporte.educ.ar.patagoniagreen.com 4.4.0-119-generic #143~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Mon Apr 2 18:04:36 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

My site is soporte-educar.patagoniagreen.com

I used
$ sudo certbot --apache -d soporte-educar.patagoniagreen.com

I got

Failed authorization procedure. soporte-educar.patagoniagreen.com (http-01): urn:acme:error:connection :: The server could not connect to the client to verify the domain :: Fetching http://soporte-educar.patagoniagreen.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/1UoDT61vGppU7dRXKUEM6sugZ81yIHCXCfchjQn0BRQ: Timeout
