Cannot create SSL (TLS) certificate

having issues to create my SSL certificate:
This is on apache/ngix

Certbot failed to authenticate some domains (authenticator: apache). The Certificate Authority reported these problems:
Domain: ibank.gbsbank.co.za

Hint: The Certificate Authority failed to verify the temporary Apache configuration changes made by Certbot. Ensure that the listed domains point to this Apache server and that it is accessible from the internet.

Have you checked to ensure HTTP [TCP port 80] is allowed and can reach your server?

Yes i can reach the server using VPN

LE doesn't use VPN.
Can the Internet reach your server via HTTP?
