Failed to create a certificate

I am trying to create one certificate to use in one apache with ubuntu but no luck.
Any tips?

Certbot failed to authenticate some domains (authenticator: apache). The Certificate Authority reported these problems:
Domain:
Type: connection
Detail: Fetching http:/.well-known/acme-challenge/QQwFxrR2SFS7ewZ-oyHto3_7UoU3AciQOlNj_hq2lSU: Timeout during connect (likely firewall problem)

Hint: The Certificate Authority failed to verify the temporary Apache configuration changes made by Certbot. Ensure that the listed domains point to this Apache server and that it is accessible from the internet.

Some challenges have failed.

It is difficult to say much more without more info from you.

My guess is that your EC2 Security Group is blocking inbound traffic on port 80 (assuming that was your actual IP address in the error message).

Or, check any firewall you have or perhaps a VPC ACL Rule.

The Let's Debug test site is helpful to debug comms problems for new setups

Here was the orginal form you should have been shown. More answers would be helpful

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

Is the IP address in your DNS A record your actual public IP?

You can check in your EC2 Console or just run this from the server to see it

curl -4 https://ifconfig.io

If the IP is wrong you must update your DNS. Otherwise it indicates a firewall or perhaps EC2 Security Group or ACL Rule problem most likely.
