WOW and you call yourself a community leader.
Very insulting
I have over 40 years IT experience, programmer, analysis, Director of IT.
I have worked with Certs before, but not in an INTERNET.
My predecessor left here with no documentation, but looking on the server I found Letsencrypt files and assumed that what he used.
Anyway I have figured out what I need to do, not very complicated,

It was just supposed to point out the obvious - you were not well prepared for that job duty.
Not passing any judgment, nor blame; It is just the situation you find yourself in.
So, I repeat myself [in another angle]:
Is there no better prepared person available to handle this job duty?
