Big issue with SSL

Hi! i was working fine with letsencrypt.
I desactivated by error /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-letsencrypt-ssl

So today 1 of my certs didnt updated in vesta and took error 526 (invalid certified).

I made a new cet.

I desactivated ssl in vesta.
I activated ssl in vesta, but now i am taking an error.

Error: Invalid response from http://domain/.well-known/acme-challenge/Dds07M2x4Af4KG5SSoLFxsdsdsfGGR1JFUR0xMJM-8A: \

I dont know what can i do. I restore the vps… i made new certs… Doest work

I have centos 7 and varnish in port 80. Nginx and php-fpm
