Unfortunately, we can’t provide support by email.

For details about when we send these emails, please visit
https://letsencrypt.org/docs/expiration-emails/. In particular, note
that this reminder email is still sent if you’ve obtained a slightly
different certificate by adding or removing names. If you’ve replaced
this certificate with a newer one that covers more or fewer names than
the list above, you may be able to ignore this message.

Well, we’d need a bit more information. Let’s Encrypt certificates do expire every 90 days, so you’ll need to renew them at least that often. However, it’s possible you already have and that this is an extraneous notice. The easiest thing to do is to visit your site and take a look at the certificate expiration date. If it’s in the next couple weeks, you should renew. If it’s farther out, you shouldn’t need to worry. You can do this in Chrome by hitting f12, clicking the security tab, selecting View Certificate, and looking at the Valid From … To … field.

If you would provide your actual domain name, we could take a look at the Certificate Transparency log and see if you’ve renewed recently (ideally this is handled automatically without you needing to do anything.)

Note, your domain is already publicly logged there - you’re not keeping any secrets by not revealing it here. You’re just preventing people from being able to better help you.
