I’m installing lets encrypt on an Azure web app, however the following error occurs:
Microsoft.Rest.Azure.CloudException: The client ‘XXXX’ with object id ‘XXXX’ does not have authorization to perform action ‘Microsoft.Web/serverfarms/read’ over scope ‘/subscriptions/XXXX/resourceGroups/APP/providers/Microsoft.Web/serverfarms/srvWebServices’.
Could someone please help me? Thank you.

I’m not entirely sure which Let’s Encrypt client you’re using because I’ve never used Azure or acquired a cert on a Windows box. I did a google search and found the following Stack Overflow thread which appears to match some of the error you reported above. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/42134892/the-client-with-object-id-does-not-have-authorization-to-perform-action-microso
Perhaps it’s this client? https://github.com/sjkp/letsencrypt-siteextension/issues/49
