Automated Configuration Checks Failed but configcheck works

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better.

My domain is: http://formfills.drivehelix.com/

I ran this command: Request Certificate

It produced this output: Automated configuration checks failed. Authorizations will not be able to complete.

My web server is (include version): IIS 6.2

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): windows server 2012

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: AWS

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): No

If you go to http://formfills.drivehelix.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/configcheck you can see that the acme challenge is able to read no-extension files, but the certify SSL certificate management tool is unable to create a cert for this site.

Really?

Not sure if that is even part of the problem but if possible upgrade to a newer version:
IIS 6.0 Win 2003
IIS 7.0 Win 2008
IIS 7.5 Win 2008r2
IIS 8.0 Win 2012
IIS 8.5 Win 2012r2
IIS 10 Win 2016

What client are you using to attempt this?
