Acme challenge issue

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: mail.learntotechsolutions.com

I ran this command: used Certify the web GUI on Windows 2012 server

It produced this output: config checks failed to verify https:// is both publicly accessible and can serve extensionless files

My web server is (include version):IIS8

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Windows 2012 Datacenter

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: none

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): N/A

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): N/A

That is not much of a clue.
And may be specific to Certify - not sure.

IIS 8.0 supports SNI and https//mail.learntotechsolutions.com/owa does "work":

So, I'm not certain if you even still have a problem, if so, please clarify and detail it as best you can.
