Hello Roberto,

Thank you for your mail.

We do support Let’s Encrypt in our shared servers as well. You should be able to get the the certificate following the manual mode mentioned in https://letsencrypt.org/getting-started/

Once you get the certificate, you should be able to install it from your control panel. If you want us to install it for you, please get back to us with the private key, certificate and CA bundle you get.

Thank you for understanding in this regards. We value your relationship with us and are glad to assist you with your queries. If you have any questions or need any further assistance from our end, feel free to let us know.

Have an awesome day!
Thank you,
Noufal

I just need to know how to get the certificate credentials

Trying to get started with a cert on my domain…

Did you try visiting the getting started link you were given in the email?

Sounds like a site like https://zerossl.com/free-ssl/#crt or https://gethttpsforfree.com/ may be what you need.

I haven’t signed up anything related to “lets encrypt” except for the forum. I can’t find anywhere to sign up for a Let’s encrypt account…

Hi @toponemarketing,

There is nowhere to sign up for an account. You’re supposed to use client software applications

If you don’t want to or can’t install these on your own computer or hosting account, you can use a web-based client like https://zerossl.com/ to walk you through the steps in your web browser. We don’t really recommend this path compared to finding a hosting provider that will give you some way to automate the process, because Let’s Encrypt certificates last for only 90 days so it can be quite a nuisance to have to repeat a manual certificate issuance process several times per year.

thank you so much for your response

Hi,
You can use sslforfree,
I use it all the time without really struggling that much, so I think it’s worth it for you to try!
