Any way to increase # of replies?

Hello… I am a new member of the community and wanted to find out if there is a way to increase the # of replies to message. Currently, I can only reply 3 times (as that is the limit). Also, I cannot find a way to send a new message. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it!

if you are some time here your state will be increased and there is no more problem with the reply.

Thanks for your response. My level of trust was increased to Member. I can now reply without limits.
