It produced this output: ERROR: An error occurred while sending post-request to https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/new-order (Status 429)

Can you provide more information on that error 429?
Error 429 is a general warning of rate limited. You’ll need to see the exact error to know which limit is it.
