Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Welcome to the Let's Encrypt Community :slightly_smiling_face:

You've hit the duplicate certificate rate limit (multiple times). You're allowed 5 duplicate certificates in any given 7 day period. A certificate is considered a duplicate if it covers the exact same SANs as another certificate in any order.

Since you're clearly able to acquire both wildcard and SAN certificates, I'm assuming you're having difficulty installing a certificate. It looks like you need to click on the SSL/TLS icon under Security in cPanel, click on Generate, view, upload, or delete SSL certificates under Certificates (CRT), and click Install next to the certificate you actually want to use. You're currently using a certificate for the site to which you are redirecting, which won't work. Each website must serve a certificate matching its domain name. Your redirects could benefit from being straightened out as well.

Then after 7 days, it will let me install the SSL for the domain of levantia.com

Indeed you will be able to issue a new cert for levantia.com and *.levantia.com tomorrow Jan 05 2021 at 15:22:00 UTC.

By the way, what happened to the 5 certs you have already issued? I'm asking because if you are deleting the certs you will hit the limit again tomorrow.

I don't know what happened, I ran 'Run AutoSLL' several times and it kept saying 'No valid certificate'.

To this day I still have the same problem, the SSL certificate is not installed.

How can I remove the installed certificates?

I have tried to put the web in the hosting of a friend and there is no problem, the SLL is installed and I do not know what happens in mine.
