All renewal attempts failed. Failed authorization procedure

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: skateshop.id

I ran this command: sudo certbot renew

It produced this output:

Hello, several days ago I run renewal on my VPS using this command “sudo certbot renew” and all renewal is success for all domain and sub-domain, except my SKATESHOP.ID domain was failed the renewal. The error message is:
Attempting to renew cert (www.skateshop.id) from /etc/letsencrypt/renewal/www.skateshop.id.conf produced an unexpected error: Failed authorization procedure. www.skateshop.id (http-01): urn:ietf:params:acme:error:unauthorized :: The client lacks sufficient authorization :: Invalid response from http://www.skateshop.id/.well-known/acme-challenge/tOvBwFCsr3jnwcGy8_vObdErckUd3RbWRLcGIvuBk7E: "<!DOCTYPE html>\n<html class=“no-js” lang=“id-ID” prefix=“og: http://ogp.me/ns#” itemscope=“itemscope” itemtype=“https://schema.o”. Skipping.

When I try to renewal again same command, it’s still failed for my domain SKATESHOP.ID

Is there anyone here can help me to solve this problem?

Regards,
Mamak Kurniawan

Maybe there is a virtual host clash that is confusing Certbot?

apachectl -t -D DUMP_VHOSTS

The website root seems to reach the wrong vhost:
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=skateshop.id

But the WWW seems to work fine:
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=www.skateshop.id

The issue is that the cert (and the vhost config) only have the WWW listed.
You need to include the base domain in the vhost config and also then in the cert.
