I have a client with 250 domains.
I understand there is a 100 domain limit when creating a cert.
Please give us the ability to enter a range when certbot lists out the available domains that need SSL.
... like 1-100, 101-200, 201-250

Have pagination for for the certbot certificates command sounds like it could be useful. You should file a feature request on the Certbot repository that they can review and consider implementing.

I believe @letsencrypter means the step where one can select the domains to be included in a certificate in one of the first steps of acquiring a certificate (if an installer plugin is used that is).
Although that difference doesn't really make a difference regarding your advice to open an issue on Github
