A valid Root CA Certificate could not be located

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: www.bel.com

My web server is (include version): 4D v19R3

Simple question, and I don't necessarily need support, but I just renewed/replaced a certificate but I am currently getting an error about the full chain missing the root CA.. is this a problem? I'm using the Geocerts SSL Checker.

Or does this have to do with the Let's Encrypt root expiry?

No, that is the default "long" chain.

It can cause some difficulty to some systems [that try to validate the entire chain].
If you are having such trouble, you could switch to using the "short" chain.
