What potential condition or problem should I take care about?

please explain your question. I don't see one (and I have customers with the same situation - some Letsencrypt certificates I manage).

No offence, but if you should ask us these questions, I'm not sure it's wise to proceed further.. I'm afraid the lack of knowledge can seriously hamper the security of whatever you're doing. Sure, you might ask us a lot and perhaps you'll get enough answers, but chances are there will be severe security holes left in whatever you're building.
