A lot of certificates issued with my current email

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

betavision.com.br

I ran this command:
just mail received

It produced this output:

someone is using my email vibedigital@gmail.com on letsecnrypt and issuing a lot of domains in my behallf from mainly from this ip 159.69.9.28 but also some on them from 78.47.174.44
https://gist.github.com/f067c49012e3bedf6a1c0fbf0dce8dc9

the issuing are coming from hetzner network so i already filled a abuse complaint with all this information, if you guys could do something to help stop this madness i will apreciate that

You may click the unsubscribe link in the email to permanently stop any emails from coming to you, for all Let’s Encrypt accounts.

Don’t think you can really do anything about the certificate issuances themselves.

To emphasize: that would include your accounts, if you use Let's Encrypt!

You could change the email address on your accounts to something equivalent. E.g. Gmail treats user@example.com, user+abcdef@example.com and u.s.e.r@example.com as equivalent, but Let's Encrypt and their email service wouldn't.
