@joohoi in this case the Apache subprocess spawned in get_runtime_cfg seems to be hanging and never finishing. I’m not sure why that should be so.
@Ah8fX6WA, could you try running this command and see what result you get?
sudo httpd -t -D DUMP_MODULES
