Hello.I use Windows server 2012 .I installed certbot normally without any error messages.And now i run the command on cmd “C:\Windows\System32>certbot certonly --standalone” or “certbot --help” and i receive message : certbot is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file .
The same message for Poweshell . I search on System32 folder but i dont see any exe file such certbot.exe .So ? Is this software really running on windows ? Thanks.

The release note mentioned compatibility for Windows Server 2016 and 2019. I am guessing that is because 2012 is not supported.
However, I am using certbot successfully on Windows 2016.
Perhaps verify certbot works by using the full path the exe and if it does, manually add it to your PATH
