Will Upgrading TLS in Plesk affect existing Let's Encrypt certs?

Simple question:

I want to upgrade TLS from 1 and 1.01 to 1.2 and I'm wondering if I will have to reissue all of the current Let's Encrypt certificates assigned to sites on that server?

If it's just an in-place software upgrade, I don't see why you would, but that's probably a question better answered by Plesk.

Certificates and TLS version are not directly coupled to each other.
