Wildcard SSL in Namecheap hosting provider

#1

Please someone help me installing LE’s wildcard SSL cert on my server. Thanks in advance.

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: msrumon.com

I ran this command: N/A

It produced this output: N/A

My web server is (include version): Apache

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): CloudLinux

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Namecheap

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): I don’t know

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): cPanel 62

hi,

Have you acquired a wildcard certificate yet?

If not, you can proceed to sslforfree.com and grab one (NEED DNS Validation by adding txt record to your domain)

If yes, you can use this guide to install it (Easy and simple) (The layout is different however contents are the same)
https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9418//installing-a-ssl-certificate-on-your-server-using-cpanel

Thank you
