Which client to use

My domain is: www.visite360.immo

My web server is (include version): nginx

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Debian 8, Jessie

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Contabo

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Nope, webmin eventually, but mainly shell commands

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): Unknown at the moment

Hi there,

First of all, sorry for all this : i know i should do better, but at this exact moment, i ran late, and just need help or advice : I'm still running Certbot AcmeV1 client, on a Jessie distro.
Certbot still send me (and have been starting that one year ago, almost, and yes, once more i know i should have done better :D) mails to tell me i must upgrade my certbot client. Thing is the only option, as far as i know, should be first to upgrade the Debian distribution to 9, or even better 10. Thing is i can't upgrade right now, for different good (or bad, i have to admit reasons). What would be my options here ? Is there a simple, other AcmeV2 client i can use on Jessie ?
Thanks for all remarks, comments, leads, that could drive me to my point, before upgrading the server (which will be done, at the end, but as it is now it won't be possible by the end of the month ...)

Best regards,
Olivier.

Hi @Olif

check the list of clients:

May be acme.sh will work.

What a fast and effective anwser, Juergen. Thanks a lot.
I found out that list, but my question here was : will it work (at least for a while) on a jessie OS ?
Looks like yes, and anyway i'll give it a try.
Thanks for your help

I'd expect acme.sh probably works on older distros because it doesn't have python dependencies etc.
