What Certbot version to use?

What Certbot should I use for:

]$ cat /etc/os-release
NAME="Oracle Linux Server"
VERSION="8.9"
ID="ol"

This is a Weblogic server running on Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure.

Just not sure what Certbot to use as the server details above aren't in the Certbot list.
