In the website that offered the letsencrypt.org get a certificate, there is a renew certificate option which when clicked, produces that error.

I'm not familiar with that "program". Do they offer any support? Do you have SSH/root access to the web server?

Try removing "https://" from the Domain and then click "Renew ..."

I do not, and their support is hard to get. Is there a way to delete my letsencrypt account and just start over?
