What causes Failed Acquiring Certificate-3 Errors

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: seacoastpublicsafety-fromnh.com

In the website that offered the letsencrypt.org get a certificate, there is a renew certificate option which when clicked, produces that error.

Please be more detailed.

I'm not familiar with that "program".
Do they offer any support?

Do you have SSH/root access to the web server?

Try removing "https://" from the Domain and then click "Renew ..."

I do not, and their support is hard to get. Is there a way to delete my letsencrypt account and just start over?

I wouldn't know; Again:

Without SSH/root access, there isn't much I can have you do.

Does ProScan mention anything about WHY it doesn't renew in the logs?

But, in the screen image in lower left it says:

seacoastpublicsafety.from-nh.com

Note the .from instead of -from. Could this be the problem?

We don't have any error message so just guessing
